Ashemont Title was founded with a simple but uncommon mission: that a title company could be a force for good. Not just a piece of the closing process, but a business whose very model is built around giving back. We saw an opportunity to do something different in North Carolina's real estate market — to create a boutique, attorney-driven title company where every transaction carries meaning beyond the closing table. From our first policy, we committed to donating a portion of the profits from every policy we write to a nonprofit or community initiative. That commitment has never wavered. It is not a marketing promise — it is the reason we exist.
